Starting on a high note, mega hero Ram Charan launched his own production house, Konidela Productions, to come up with interesting projects. He has bankrolled films like Sye Raa, Khaidi No 150 and now coming up with Megastar’s Acharya as well in which they are just sleeping partners though.
While stepping into production, Charan had thought of making some small budgeted movies as well with some young heroes. There was a talk back then that he will come up with 2 to 3 films a year with these set of heroes with each film bracketed at 2 to 5 crore cost.
After Lucifer remake was announced by Konidela Productions other day, it is looking like Charan want to do only big-budgeted films for the now but no these small budgeted projects.
Some insiders revealed that Charan is looking forward for right scripts to bankroll these small budgeted films and is also in plans to roll out content for OTT platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.
But then, Charan has to pull off lots of stuff to make these projects work at a time when he’s literally busy with wrapping #RRR shoot. Maybe the actor will focus on the production of these films after he gets released by Rajamouli.
