Summer Holidays Trailer Brings A Nostalgic Ride

Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni, who has produced blockbuster projects such as The Girlfriend, Chennai Love Story, and Couple Friendly, now backs this family entertainer through Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainments. His decision to bring a childhood-centred story to theatres deserves appreciation. Directed by Srikar, Summer Holidays releases on November 6, 2026.

Today, the trailer was unveiled and it’s a beautiful mix of nostalgia, humour, emotions, and life lessons. The film looks set to bring back the excitement of school vacations, village visits, childhood friendships, and the memories that remain long after growing up.

The trailer introduces RV Master Arun, whose interest in cricket and games contrasts with his father’s insistence on academic ranks. Harsha Vardhan plays the strict father, while Vasuki Anand portrays a mother who supports her son’s dreams. The story then moves to a village, where KV, played by Master Rohan, enjoys life on his own terms and dislikes studying.

Trailer shows lot of relatable childhood experiences. KV’s school-life adventures, mischievous fun, and crush moments with Sumathi, played by Baby Khushi, bring a lively touch to the narrative. Jayasudha as Ammama adds a special emotional layer, bringing to mind the warmth of a grandmother’s home during summer holidays. Rajeev Kanakala also features in a key role.

Beyond the fun, Summer Holidays appears to carry a thoughtful message about childhood, parental expectations, personal dreams, and responsibilities. The film’s emotional moments, picturesque visuals, and Sinjith Yerramilli’s score strengthen the trailer’s overall impact. The film also stars Ramana Bhargav, Harshini Koduri, Mahesh Chintala and Others in key roles.
