Amitabh Bachchan has followed a special tradition for years by stepping out of his Juhu residence every Sunday to greet the fans who gather to catch a glimpse of the legendary actor. However, this week’s appearance turned out to be very different.

Amitabh came out to wave at his fans, but this time he was seen behind a bulletproof glass enclosure. Pictures and videos of Big B greeting his admirers from behind the protective glass have now gone viral on social media.

The development comes amid growing security concerns in Bollywood following reported threats and firing incidents linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Recent incidents involving Salman Khan and a firing incident at Tiger Shroff have made things tense in Mumbai.

Reports suggest that Amitabh’s son, Abhishek Bachchan, wanted his father to make the customary appearance with additional protection. Amitabh is known for maintaining his Sunday fan meet despite his busy schedule, making this change particularly noticeable.

‘The sight of one of Indian cinema’s biggest legends greeting fans from behind bulletproof glass has sparked widespread discussion. It also highlights how security concerns are beginning to affect even the likes of Amitabh Bachchan.
