Mega Powerstar Ram Charan and Sukumar are joining hands for the second time for the prestigious film RC17. The film’s puja ceremony concluded today, and the team released a concept poster that sparked a lot of discussion on social media.

Additionally, the concept poster sparked comparisons online with NTR’s upcoming film God of War. The main reason for these comparisons is the ‘Nemaleeka’ on the RC17 concept poster.

Reports also suggest RC17 is a mythological drama like NTR’s God of War. However, it’s clear that NTR×Trivikram is based on God of War, Lord Murugan. The film is reportedly inspired by the book Muruga: The Lord of War, The God of Wisdom, written by Anand Balasubramanian.

With the RC17 poster referring to Lord Krishna’s feather, the gossipmongers are claiming that this is also a mythological film. Some are even claiming that Charan grew hair for the same reason.

As of now, nothing is officially confirmed regarding the genre of RC17, and Sukumar is definitely trying something big and different this time. At the same time, it is too early to arrive at a conclusion on what Sukumar is brewing.

Anirudh Ravichander is the film’s music director and the prestigious film is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
