‘Teri Sexy Beauty’ Song In Tragic War Drama, Why Salman Bro?

Bollywood is going through a different phase right now. With star heroes making little noise with their films and sticking to routine, formulaic projects, audiences aren’t keen to embrace them. We’ve already seen how SRK’s King’s latest song generated a lot of trolls and criticism. Now Salman Khan has done the same, sparking criticism. Shockingly, he released a song from his next film, Maatrubhumi, that doesn’t align with the film’s theme.

This morning, Salman Khan took to social media and shared a video of his new song, Teri Sexy Beauty. Himesh Reshammiya composed the song, and Salman and Muskaan sang it, with Sajid Khan providing additional vocals.

The music video features Salman alongside the film’s female lead, Chitrangada Singh. Maatrubhumi leans more toward the action genre, with patriotic elements. The film is clearly a tragic war drama, and audiences may wonder how a song titled Teri Sexy Beauty fits in. There have been many negative comments about it.

Directed by Apurva Lakhia, Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace is a Salman Khan production. The makers changed the film’s title from Battle of Galwan to Maatrubhumi. The film is originally based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. But according to reports, the makers later dropped all references to China and underwent multiple reshoots.

Moreover, the film was planned for release in April this year, but the team has not given any update on the new release date.
