Ram Pothineni is one of the most talented and good looking actors we have in Telugu. Though he is often mentioned as an ‘Energetic Star’, he is also the most stylish. Be it his dressing off-screen, his Tweets, or even his public appearances, Ram carries a style and elegance. The other day, he was papped on his way to the gym and the colorful bright thingy in his hand caught the eye of all. What is it?

While most of our actors workout with what they have at well-equipped posh gyms they hit at, the Ismart Shankar is carrying an exercise tool of his own. This particular tool is a 9-in-1 bodybuilding push-up rack board that bears somewhere close to 200 kg of weight. The different color-coded push-up board targets specific muscles worked, like Blue is for chest, Red – shoulders, Yellow-back and Green triceps, while engaging the total core. This tool allows building total-body strength and conditioning workouts.

It looks like already trim Ram is focusing on some serious workouts with his special tool. Apart from what he does in the gym, his mask, hair, sunglasses, the bottle in hand, and the colorful push-up board made his appearance crisp for sure.
