This particular tool is a 9-in-1 bodybuilding push-up rack board that bears somewhere close to 200 kg of weight. The different color-coded push-up board targets specific muscles worked, like Blue is for chest, Red – shoulders, Yellow-back and Green triceps, while engaging the total core. This tool allows building total-body strength and conditioning workouts.
It looks like already trim Ram is focusing on some serious workouts with his special tool. Apart from what he does in the gym, his mask, hair, sunglasses, the bottle in hand, and the colorful push-up board made his appearance crisp for sure.
