As OTT platforms have now become the most consumed mode of entertainment, many star actors are showing interest in acting in web shows and films. Now, Baahubali actor Rana Daggubati is likely to join this bandwagon as he is in talks with Netflix to remake a Hollywood web series.
According to the buzz in the tinsel town, Netflix India is planning to remake popular American television show Ray Donavan. They wanted to cast a popular pan-India actor as the lead in this series. Rana Daggubati filled their bill perfectly and thus, they are now holding talks with him.
An official announcement will be made once Rana signs it on the dotted lines. Rana made his digital debut with the 2017 web series Social. Ray Donavan is a crime drama which deals with the story of a law firm mediator who is turmoiled by his own personal issues. More details about this series will be out soon.
