‘Shootout at Alair’, Where Is Prakash Raj?

‘Shootout at Alair’ is one of the latest web series in the Telugu OTT space. Oye director Anand Ranga directed his second project after a decade of his debut release. The production unit promoted the web series with the faces of Srikanth and Prakash Raj on the posters.

In fact, Prakash Raj’s role in the series is more or less an extended guest role. Before the release of the series, everyone was in the opinion that Prakash Raj and Srikanth play equally important roles in the series. Prakash Raj did a role that could have been done by any other actor.

There were rumors that Sampath Raj stepped out of the project at the last minute and the production unit could have reached out to Prakash Raj then. The web series tells the story of an investigation surrounding a case related to terrorism. The series started off nicely but ended up miserably.

Zee5 is streaming the series and there are hardly any gripping elements in this cop drama. Prakash Raj’s debut in the OTT space is certainly disappointing and let us hope that he will be careful while selecting other projects.
