Superstar Rajinikanth made a breaking announcement a few days before New Year’s eve that he is canceling the plans to enter politics. Rajinikanth confirmed his arrival to politics on December 31st, 2017. In December 2020, he made an announcement that he will reveal further details about his political party on December 31st, the same year. However, due to the health concerns, he decided to back off from politics. Now, interesting speculation is in rounds that the actor is planning to take a break from movies.
Rajinikanth is currently working on a project Annatthe, in the direction of Siva. Apart from this, the Superstar did not sign any other movie. The actor is planning to finish his portions for the movie by February end. Rajinikanth might fly to the USA along with his family members and will spend there for a long time.
Rajinikanth might not sign any new movies this year and is also willing to stay in the USA during the general elections in Tamilnadu. The actor wants to keep himself away from political-related activities and unnecessary media attention during the time of polls in the state. We have to see if he can make himself available for the shoot of Annatthe anytime soon.
