Uppena Release Date: From April 2 To February 12

Tollywood is set to welcome a newcomer from the Mega family. Sai Dharam Tej’s brother Vaishnav Tej is all set to make his debut with Uppena. The film was originally supposed to hit the screens on April 2nd last year but the film’s release was put on hold due to Covid pandemic. The film unit launched the teaser recently and is planning to announce the release date on Tuesday. It is learnt that the film will have a grand release on 12th February!

Right now, Aadi Saikumar’s Sasi, Jagapathi Babu’s FCUK, Sundeep Kishan’s A1 Express are being planned for a release on 12th February. If Uppena joins the list, the film will surely be drawing all the attention of the audience.

Nee Kallu Neeli Samudram and the other song that came out from the film have impressed the audiences. Devi Sri Prasad’s music turned out to be successful in creating a buzz around the film in Tollywood. There are other factors that can help the film gain attention. The official announcement on the release date will come out on Tuesday.

Krithi Shetty makes her debut along with Vaishnav Tej with Uppena. Vijay Setupathi plays the lead antagonist in the movie. Buchi Babu Sana who earlier worked with Sukumar is making his directorial debut with the film. Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the film.
