Narinja Mithai Director’s Next With Suriya & Jyothika

Suriya and Jyothika are a star couple in the Kollywood film industry. They acted together in super hit films. After Jyothika made her comeback to the cinema, she is planning to pair up with her husband on the screen but she is yet to find the right script. If the reports are true, Narinja Mithai director Halitha Shameem might direct the couple in an upcoming Tamil film. Narinja Mithai is the latest film on the Aha platform, a dubbed version of Tamil anthology Sillukarupatti.

Suriya’s 2D Entertainments is a part of Sillukarupatti’s production. Having impressed with Halitha’s work, Suriya has asked her to prepare a script where he can star along with his wife. Even Jyothika requested Halitha to pen a story since she did not find anything fascinating enough. Halitha has confirmed the same in a recent interview.

Halitha initially thought that Suriya was not serious but she later realized that he is actually waiting for the script. Halitha is currently busy preparing the story as per the requirements of the star couple.

Halitha is currently busy with the promotions of her next film Aelay, starring Samuthirakani and Manikandan. The film hits the screens on 12th February.
