Bollywood actor Rajiv Kapoor passed away today at the age of 58. The news has been first shared by Neetu Kapoor, who happens to be his sister-in-law. She posted a picture of Rajiv and wrote: “RIP.”
Rajiv Kapoor was the younger brother of Randhir Kapoor and late Rishi Kapoor and son of legendary actor, late Raj Kapoor. Rajiv was also an actor, a producer, and a director. It is reported that the actor died of a heart attack. “
He starred in popular film, Ram Teri Ganga Maili and his filmography includes popular movies like Mera Saathi and Hum To Chale Pardes. Critically acclaimed film, Henna in1995 was his first film as a producer.
He was set to make a Bollywood comeback with Ashutosh Gowariker and Bhushan Kumar’s joint production – a sports drama titled Toolsidas Junior, co-starring Sanjay Dutt. He was last seen in Zimmedaar.
