45 New Faces For ‘Chitram 1.1’

Just when everyone thought ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ has relieved director Teja after a long wait, he delivered a dud in the form of ‘Seetha.’ This film once again pushed Teja into his rough patch of directorial career.

In order to bounce back with a good movie, director Teja is planning a sequel to his debut film ‘Chitram.’ He shared an update about his next and that has a couple of interesting details.

The film is titled ‘Chitram 1.1’ and Teja is going to introduce 45 new faces with this film. This is not the first time that Teja is introducing so many new faces for film. He did the same for ‘Jayam’ and other films.

For ‘Chitram 1.1’, from lead pair to character artists many of them will be first timers and Teja is hopeful to repeat his sentiment. After his announcement on Twitter, many were seen asking where and when the auditions will be and others were seen asking to bring on Kajal Aggarwal as female lead.

And back then ‘Chitram’ was a bold and trend-setting movie. We have to see how Teja shapes up this one point one version.
