Sree Vishnu and Rajendra Prasad’s forthcoming comedy drama ‘Gaali Sampath’ has been making a decent buzz for the last few weeks. Director Anil Ravipudi is turning presenter with this film, apart from penning the dialogues, screenplay and being the direction supervisor.
Gaali Sampath’s trailer has been launched this morning by star director Rajamouli. The trailer showcases the fun relationship and emotional conflict between the lead actors, Sree Vishnu and Rajendra Prasad, who play the son and father respectively.
Finally, the suspense surrounding the title is unveiled. The film has been named Gaali Sampath, as Rajendra Prasad’s Sampath’s character is mute and only gaali (air) comes out when he speaks. How this endearing village-based father-son relationship becomes tumultuous when the father tries to take on his son forms the main story.
Young filmmaker Anish has directed Gaali Sampath. Lovely Singh is the female lead in this S Krishna production. Achu Rajamani has scored the music for this Imagespark Entertainment and Shine Screens joint production. Gaali Sampath is confirmed for a March 11th release.
