Striking Similarity Of Sita, Sivagami & Devasena

Ever since the first look of Alia Bhatt from RRR came out on social media, the fans are pumped to see the actress in traditional attire. Alia Bhatt plays the character Sita and is paired up with Ram Charan in the film. Alia has adjusted her dates with other films to make sure she is a part of this prestigious multi-lingual project of Rajamouli. In the first look, Alia Bhatt is seen in a red blouse and a green saree.

The audiences on social media came up with a striking observation that gives an insight into Rajamouli’s favorite costume.

In Baahubali, Rajamouli picked a green saree and a red blouse for Anushka Shetty during the court scene. The director also made Ramya Krishna wear the same costume with a slight change in the design in another important scene. In RRR, Alia is also dressed in the same colors.

Rajamouli’s wife Rama usually works as the stylist and designer for all Rajamouli’s movies. Since these are historic/period films, the director might have picked the green and red colors, which add a lot of vibrance to the actors and elevate the mood of the film too.
