From time immemorial, we have a debate running on nepotism and how it allegedly stops outside or real talent. But, as there is a popular saying – Talent never goes to waste whatever the circumstances may take place – we have Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and a few highly talented actors who came into the industry carrying the legacy of their already established families.
So, there is still hope that nepotism does not always mean a lack of talent. One more newbie’s name is lingering around who might soon take a plunge with her debut film into Bollywood. Her name is Alizeh Agnihotri, daughter of Atul Agnihotri and Alvira Agnihotri. Now, most of us know her father, Atul Agnihotri, who is an actor-turned-producer. Surprisingly, Alizeh is also related to Superstar Salman Khan.
Alizeh is the eldest grandchild of Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan. This means she is the daughter of Salman Khan’s sister Alvira Agnihotri thus making Alizeh the niece of Sallu Bhai. As per sources, Alizeh is soon making a debut in Bollywood with Sunny Deol’s son, Rajvir Deol. The film will be directed by debutante, Avnish Barjatya, son of Sooraj Barjatya, chairman of Rajsri productions.
A couple of years ago, Atul Agnihotri said that it was too early for his daughter to make a debut and he wants her to be fully prepared and skilled. “My children have seen our family in the film business and are quite aware of the ups and downs here. They know the dynamics. I want her to be ready and face all these,” he added.
