Cinema Bandi which will be premiered on Netflix in a few hours has made good buzz thanks to an impressive trailer. The story is all about the natural setup in a small village and inexperienced actors who add to the beauty with their innocence. Ahead of the release, Raj and DK says it is a film which will even work with Telugu audience in the theaters.
“Telugu film industry is the only place where audience encourage such projects. Nowhere in the world it happens. All our Top-5 Telugu projects will have unknown stars. Thats the beauty. It is not the case with Bollywood as well. Even for Stree, we had Raj Kumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor to take it to the audience. We would have definitely gone for a theatrical release if the theaters are open,” Raj and DK said.
“There is a soul in the story. The director, the writer and both of us worked on the script to better it. We did try to keep it natural with a real village setup and natural actors. Netflix team is also very excited about it. People will love it watching,” they added.
