SSMB28 Is Not What Tarak Rejected

It is not an uncommon practice in the film industry that a movie all set for shooting goes to another hero due to multiple reasons. The result of the movie is a story for another day, but the latest incident of NTR dropping himself out of Trivikram’s directional while Mahesh hopping in is most discussed.

Trivikram and NTR had been planning to join forces once again after Aravinda Sametha, but they were forced to move things slowly due to the ongoing pandemic. They were even heard of having story discussions via zoom sessions. Even Tarak’s fans were bugging Sithara Entertainments until the producer Naga Vamsi had to put the cat out of the bag that the movie is not happening. On the other side, Koratala Siva revealed a movie with NTR. Days after that, Mahesh Babu’s SSMB28 is announced in Trivikram’s direction under Haarike & Hassine banner.

There were different versions in the rumors that NTR rejected Trivikram’s storyline, but Mahesh Babu okayed it. The insider information appears to be profoundly contradicting the rumors. The one Trivikram narrated to Tarak is said to be a completely different genre and concept from that he gave to Mahesh Babu.

Trivikram and Mahesh Babu combination is happening again after 11 long years for SSMB28 and is planning to hit the screens in summer 2022. While their two previous movies Athadu and Khaleja are still the favorite of many, let us see how the SSMB28 shapes up.
