Karthika Deepam is one of the popular TV soaps in Telugu. The characters Karthik (Doctor Babu) and Deepa (Vantalakka) have become household names in Telugu families. Despite competition from other TV channels, Star MAA consistently registers good TRP numbers for this particular TV soap. Not just common audiences, there are a lot of celebrities who follow this serial every day. Manchu Lakshmi’s mother Nirmala Devi seems to be watching the serial regularly.
On Saturday, Manchu Lakshmi shared an interesting reaction of her mother to a particular aspect of the latest episode. “Karthik from #karthikadeepam cried for the first time anta. My mom is finally happy..” she shared on her Twitter profile.
Most of the time, it is Deepa who cries in the serial, and rarely do the viewers observe Karthik breaking down. Lakshmi’s post attracted the attention of many others who regularly follow Karthika Deepam. They also shared their views on the same and even Star MAA also shared its response on the same.
“We too are happy for this tweet!!” wrote Star MAA by quoting Lakshmi’s tweet.
