Megastar Chiranjeevi is doing unprecedented charity during this Covid-19 times. Having floated oxygen banks, now Chiru has initiated the vaccination drive for the cine workers under Corona Crisis Charity (CCC).
A few days back Chiru announced that he is considering organising a vaccination program for the workers and keeping his words, it has started on Monday. Sharing the pictures of the drive, Chiru tweeted, “Starting today #CoronaCrisisCharity (CCC) in collaboration with #Apollo247 & #ChiranjeeviCharitableTrust has commenced vaccination programme for Telugu film industry workers of 24 crafts, #MovieArtistsAssociation & #FilmJournalistsUnion.”
Along with the 24 crafts workers, the vaccine will also be administered to film journalists who are enrolled.
Apollo Hospitals has collaborated with CCC and Chiru’s charitable trust for the vaccination. Filmmakers Tammareddy Bharadwaj and N Shankar graced the event and check the vaccine facility.
With the industry gearing up to get back to work later in the month or next, this vaccine drive will be highly helpful for the cine workers who earn on day-to-day basis.
