The 66-year-old talented actor, Anupam Kher makes his followers on social media stick to his creative and fascinating updates. Known for sharing no-nonsense stuff, Anupam Kher posted a workout photo of his in an unprecedented manner.
He posted a picture from the back without revealing his face, holding weights in his hands. The black and white photo shows Mr Kher resting against a wall, apparently amidst a workout session. “Life doesn’t get easier and more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient,” he captioned with a deep philosophical saying.

Earlier this year, Anupam Kher revealed that his wife, actress and politician Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Although Kirron is suffering from cancer, it seems like the illness is really happening to both of them. Anupam Kher’s life is anxious and disrupted and we can absolutely sympathize with him. May the couple come out of the challenging period ASAP!
