Senior Telugu villain no more

Senior Telugu villain is no more. Kongara Jagga Rao, who has acted in about 500 Telugu films as a baddie, breathed his last on Friday morning in Hyderabad. He was 88. He is survived by wife, two sons and a daughter. He hails from Turimella of Guntur district.

Jagga rao made his debut into films with Bapu's directorial 'Sakshi' as a lorry driver. He was seen as an associate to senior NTR in many films. Jagga Rao was last seen in 'Anukokunda Oka Roju' and 'Don' in significant cameos.

Ramanaidu, Murali Mohan, Siva Krishna, KC Sekhar Babu and other senior actors, directors and producers expressed their condolences to the bereaved family. The final rites will be performed on Saturday morning in Hyderabad.
