Inside the movie KGF2, ever since Rocky Bhai starts acquiring the Kalashnikovs and other deadly arms and ammunition, he will be spraying bullets everywhere in a big way. And the meme world is so quick to compare the two worlds of RRR and KGF, in order to come up with a funny joke on this aspect.
While Rocky is all about spraying the bullets all the time, inside RRR we have the main villain Governor Scott taking a class to British soldiers on how costly a bullet is and why they should not waste bullets to kill Indians.
