Emerging Malayalam star Naslen of Premalu fame has once again delivered a winner with Gymkhana. The film, a youthful sports drama, is now gearing up for its Telugu release. Meanwhile, the film’s trailer was dropped.
The movie centres on a group of happy-go-lucky young guys who sign up for a boxing program—not with dreams of glory, but out of interest and peer bonding. Their light-hearted attitude soon meets a harsh reality under the guidance of a strict coach.
As the film progresses, these youngsters are faced with the demanding nature of boxing. What ultimately compels them to take the sport seriously becomes the heart of the story.
Directed by Khalid Rahman, the film blends humor, youthful energy, and inspiring moments. Naslen, in the lead, delivers a hilarious performance, supported by a group of friends. The film has been produced by Khalid Rahman, Jobin George, Sameer Karat, and Subeesh Kannanchery.
With a trailer that packs a knockout fun punch, Gymkhana has us eagerly counting down to its release on April 25th.
