He hands over the mobile to the auto driver, who then negotiates with ChatGPT in Kannada and reduces the auto fare from Rs 200 to Rs 120.

The video went viral on social media, with netizens praising the non-Kannadiga, the auto driver, and ChatGPT for effectively utilising AI. Many even opined that ChatGPT could be handy for North Indians, especially in a culturally and linguistically rooted region like Karnataka, where several incidents of abuse and attacks on non-Kannada speakers came to light in recent years.
