Karnataka Horror: Truck Rams Into Ganesh Procession, 8 Killed

In what could be considered a shockingly horrifying incident, eight people were killed in Hassan, Karnataka after a truck rammed into a crowd of people at the Ganesh Nimarjan procession.

The incident reportedly occurred in the Mosale Hosahalli area of Hassan, Karnataka, when a truck lost control while avoiding a bike, jumped over the divider, and came from the wrong side as villagers were celebrating Ganesh Nimarjan.

The impact of this collision was so bad that eight people died on the spot while 20 others were seriously injured.

The videos of the truck ramming into the crowd is going viral and it really does sting our heart to see such human destruction happening right in front of our eyes.

The incident allegedly happened while the villagers were taking part in the Ganesh Visarjan program on National Highway 373. The incident happened late in the night on September 12, and the poor visibility did not help the cause either.
