What Now! Infosys Offering Upto Rs 21 lakh For Freshers!

In the recent past, there have been several theories and reports about the software industry getting saturated and entry-level engineers getting very modest offers given from mega companies.

But things are starting to change quickly as leading companies have started to amplify their offers for entry level software engineers.

In this context, the latest developments are suggesting that Infosys has largely enhanced their offerings for entry level workers in specialised roles as they are reportedly offering pay packages in the vicinity of ₹21 lakh per year.

In a major shake-up of India’s IT hiring landscape, Infosys is reportedly planning a recruitment drive offering entry-level salary packages of up to ₹21 lakh per annum for fresh graduates in specialised technology roles as part of its 2025 hiring. This would be among the highest starting salaries ever offered by an Indian IT services firm.

This was the pay package announced by the leading IT platform for their recent opening in December 2025. It has to be seen if they would sustain this massive pay package in the near future as well.
