Yash Finally Opens Up On Toxic Result

Yash has finally spoken about the result of Toxic in public, at least indirectly, during the Telugu pre release event of Ramayana in Hyderabad. The actor thanked both those who liked the film and those who did not.

The KGF star said that he was grateful to everyone who watched the film, regardless of their opinion. He added that filmmaking is a long term game and that his main aim is to entertain audiences with an honest attempt.

The statement has drawn attention as Toxic failed to meet the expectations surrounding the much anticipated film. Yash had earlier addressed the film’s result in a private conversation, as revealed by dubbing artist Jaidev Mohan.

This time, however, Yash has spoken about the film himself while addressing audiences at the Ramayana event. His latest comments suggest that he is looking beyond the outcome of one film and focusing on the bigger picture.

Toxic received mixed reactions from audiences, with the film facing criticism despite the huge expectations surrounding Yash’s return after KGF. The film’s box office performance also became a talking point among trade circles.

Yash has now made it clear that pleasing every viewer is not always possible, but making films with honesty and the intention of entertaining audiences remains important to him. His long term game comment has become the key takeaway from his latest remarks.

With Ramayana gearing up for its theatrical release, Yash is moving towards his next major project, in which he plays Ravana. The film’s first part is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 5, 2026.
