The much-anticipated Telugu film, ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ starring Mahesh Babu, has hit Indian theaters today. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, this marks their third collaboration after Athadu and Khaleja. During the film’s title credits, the team confirmed the film’s OTT streaming platform.
‘Guntur Kaaram’ will premiere on a popular OTT platform after it runs in cinemas. Netflix has secured the streaming rights, while Gemini TV has acquired the satellite rights.
The exact release date on Netflix will depend on the film’s box office performance in the coming days.
Early reviews suggest a mixed response to ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ with Mahesh Babu’s screen presence praised while the film’s plot is criticized for being weak. Sreeleela and Meenakshi Chaudhary played the leading ladies in the film.
Thaman composed the film’s music and the movie is bankrolled by Haarika & Hassinee Creations banner.
