Telugu Student Dies On His B’Day In Philippines

A grave tragedy has struck a middle-class family in Telangana’s Kamareddy district. A 23-year-old medical student named Yogi reportedly passed away in the Philippines after suffering a massive heart attack. The heartbreaking news is that the young man had breathed his last on his birthday.

Yogi hailed from the Kurlem village, Dongli mandal, in Kamareddy district. He left for the Philippines to pursue MBBS 3 years ago. He visited his family and friends in his native village during his term holidays 3 months ago and flew back to the Philippines a couple of weeks ago.

On Wednesday, Yogi’s parents, family members, and friends wished him on his birthday. Within a few minutes, the young man called his father and complained of severe pain in his heart. The worried father reportedly told Yogi to take his friends and visit a doctor immediately. However, Yogi collapsed on the staircase while going to the hospital. He was rushed to the hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead.

Yogi’s friends informed his parents of the devastating tragedy. The heartbroken parents have appealed to the government authorities to help them in flying Yogi’s dead body to their hometown.
