In a tragic news, a Telangana resident working in Tanzania passed away due to cardiac arrest. Aged 38 years, Badugu Raju, who hails from Palivela village in Munugode Mandal of Nalgonda district, had been working as a Geologist in Dar es Salaam for the past three years.
He died on Thursday after developing sudden pain in his heart. Though Raju was immediately rushed to hospital by his colleagues, doctors declared him dead to cardiac arrest.
The representatives of the private company informed the family members of his death on Friday and the heart breaking tragedy came as a big shock to the entire village. Raju visited his home town recently and spent four month with his family before returning to Tanzania for his job.
He was supposed to shift his family to Dar es Salaam in a few more days. Unfortunately, he passed away, leaving behind his wife and 10 year old son.
Congress MLA from Munugode, Komatirwddy Rajagopal Reddy and Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Gutta Sukendhar Reddy coordinated with Minister Sridhar Babu and contacted the Indian embassy there to bring back Raju’s body to India. Malkajgiri MP Eetela Rajendra is also making efforts to bring the dead body by this weekend.
