Tragic: Indian Mom Kills 2 Kids In USA?

Every year, many Indian families travel to the United States in such of better employment opportunities and living conditions. But occasionally, there are certain tragic incidents that destroy these dreams and incur deep pain.

In one such instance, an Indian mom has killed her two children while the husband was away for work.

Going into the story, Priyatharsini Natarajan, 35, of Hillsborough Township, New Jersey, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for killing her two sons, aged 5 & 7.

The children were found unconscious in a bedroom of their home on Shell Court when their father returned from work around 6:45 pm on Tuesday.

The father called 911 and stated his wife was responsible as he witnessed the horror that happened in his own house. First responders attempted life-saving measures but the boys were pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of death is pending, and an autopsy will determine it. Natarajan has also been charged with third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. She is being held at the Somerset County Jail and will be formally charged shortly.

This horrifying incident has left the Indian community in a state of shock as people are wondering what could have instigated this mother to kill her own children.
