Shocker: 2 Indian Teens Shot Dead in Canada?

Back in the day, Canada was one of the safest countries in the world and the crime rate here was exceptionally low. But things are changing drastically with international immigration, and it appears that the Indian community is on the receiving end of the same.

It is being established now that two Indian teenagers were brutally shot dead in Surrey area of Newton, Canada and this incident has shaken up the entire community there.

According to Surrey Police, on May 10 at around 10:00 pm their officers rushed to an underground parking lot in the 7000 block of 133B Street following reports of gunfire.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered two males suffering from gunshot wounds and immediately provided life-saving medical assistance until paramedics arrived.

The victims, Surrey residents aged just 18 and 16, were killed in the targeted shooting near 133B St & 70 Ave. A burned vehicle later found near Enver Creek School may be connected. These two youngsters are apparently of Indian origin.

Despite the combined efforts of police and BCEHS, both victims were tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.

As of now, no arrests have been made, and investigators have not yet released any suspect information. The case is now being investigated by the Surrey Police and more details are likely to emerge in the due course.
