Assassination Plot Against Trump: What’s Happening?

The top position of the United States comes with its own set of perks and benefits but at the same time, there’s always a threat of attack from opposition groups. Several presidents have historically escaped assassination attempts while a few have succumbed to the same.

Now, the current United States president, Donald Trump is facing a problematic situation as the intelligence reports are suggesting that and assassination plot is being orchestrated against him.

Israel reportedly shared intelligence with the United States indicating that Iran was developing a new plan to assassinate President Trump.

The intelligence is still being assessed, but the threat was reportedly taken seriously enough for the Secret Service to urge Trump to leave Turkey aboard the older, heavily protected Air Force One instead of the newly converted Qatari aircraft.

This comes shortly after Donald, Trump had recently authorised multiple airstrikes against Iran, where as many as strategy locations were struck by the US military. This has now created a problematic situation.

Notably, there have been multiple attempts against Trump in the last couple of years itself and now, the latest updates suggest that there might be a new threat from Iranian extremists.
