It is quite unfortunate that the Telugu diaspora living abroad has been going through a distressing phase with repeated incidents involving health issues and accidents in which several lives are lost in the last few months.
Now another Telugu NRI lost his life due to a fatal car accident. The victim identified as Dileep Kumar Bungatavula, a Telugu techie who studied at the Kent State University, died in a car accident in Cleveland, Ohio on August 7.
Reports suggest that a pickup truck coming from the opposite direction crossed the road barrier and hit his car. Dileep originally hails from Jettivaripalem in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. He had moved to the U.S. from India for his studies to build a better future.
His father works as a farmer in his hometown. The family is now dealing with the painful loss and making efforts to bring back the mortal remains.
