Many young working professionals from Telugu states in USA are going through difficult times due to serious health complications. In yet another tragic case, a 26 year old girl named Manvitha Reddy from Telangana state passed away in Baltimore, Maryland USA due to cancer.
She breathed her last after a painful 57-day struggle with Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma, an aggressive form of head and neck cancer. The tragic news has sent shockwaves across local communities both in the US and back home in India.
Manvitha moved to US with big dreams for her higher education and career prospects. However, her life took a sudden heartbreaking turn when doctors diagnosed her with advanced-stage cancer during medical checks.
Despite receiving intensive medical treatment and continuous care at a hospital in Baltimore, her health condition deteriorated rapidly over two months. While her parents and immediate family were residing in India, her close cousins and friends stayed beside her during treatment.
Local Indian diaspora in the US are now helping the bereaved family complete necessary paperwork and legal formalities to send her mortal remains.
