It is starting to feel less like a coincidence and more like a pattern. Meenakshi Chaudhary seems to have found her comfort zone during Sankranti releases. After making an impression last year with Sankrantiki Vasthunam, she has returned this season with Anaganaga Oka Raju, alongside Naveen Polishetty. The festive timing has worked well for her again, and audiences are clearly responding.
The numbers back it up. According to the makers, Anaganaga Oka Raju has collected Rs. 61.1 crores gross worldwide in just three days. With the holiday rush still helping the film, the Rs. 100 crore mark looks well within reach. The film has stayed steady at the box office and is making smart use of the Sankranti window rather than burning out early.
