Kiara Advani is having a moment as her name popped up at Yash’s Toxic pre-release event in Chennai. Director Vignesh Shivan, on stage for wife Nayanthara, recalled once approaching Kiara for his film before she signed Kabir Singh. He joked that she was “lucky” she didn’t take up the project, since it later became Love Insurance Kompany and didn’t do well at the box office. The self-deprecating dig left the audience in splits.

Meanwhile, at the event, Kiara turned heads in a bronze corset gown with a fringed, draped skirt and a matching sheer stole tossed over one shoulder. The metallic sheen, structured bustier, and flowing tassels gave the look a bold, statement-making finish, paired with soft waves and statement earrings.
