Sara Ali Khan Becomes Royal Banjara Girl

Sara Ali Khan, the Pataudi princess with girl-next-door charm and comic timing, has built a fan following. Since her Kedarnath debut, she has won audiences with hits like Simmba, Atrangi Re and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.

At Swadesh’s first anniversary celebration in Mumbai, ahead of Navratri, the Nawabi girl turned Banjara girl in a royal blue and deep purple Bandhani lehenga with gold borders. The halter-neck blouse featured Banjara-style mirror work, and a draped dupatta with metallic fringe added movement. A sleek bun, understated makeup and stacked bangles completed the look.

Next, Sara will be seen in comedy-drama Udta Teer with Ayushmann Khurrana. The film was postponed from September 11 to October 9, and arrives on October 23, 2026, to avoid a crowded box office after Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3.
