Chandrababu Repeats Same Old Slogan After Ramana’s Exit

Doubts were raised about Telugu Desam Party’s existence in Telangana after T-TDP president, L Ramana quit the party and joined in TRS. But TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu claims otherwise.

“Telugu Desam Party was established in Telangana and it most certainly will continue to thrive in the state. We created history in the past and we will continue to do so in the future as well,” he said.

Naidu assured T-TDP leaders all possible support and said he will continue to monitor the party’s progress in Telangana every month.

Chandrababu said TDP has produced many credible leaders in the past and the departure of a few leaders(referring to L Ramana) will not affect the party in any way.

A senior TDP leader said Chandrababu will appoint the new T-TDP president in the next couple of days.

TDP high command is now looking to appoint upto 5 working presidents in order to diversify its portfolio in Telangana. Naidu stated he will be holding monthly meetings with Telangana TDP leaders and provide them with crucial suggestions to keep the party up and running.
