Telangana BJP chief and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay faced a bitter experience in Lok Sabha from his own government. Apparently Bandi Sanjay has been continuously claiming that the TRS government is indulging in corruption through irrigation projects and also with the funds, Centre sanction as per the recommendations of finance commission.
In Lok Sabha Bandi Sanjay asked the details of devolution of funds allocated under the 14th and 15th Finance Commission to the state of Telangana. He also sought details whether Telangana government spent the funds as per the directives of government of India and if that’s not the case, what kind of action can be taken against the TRS government.
Minister of state in the finance ministry replied to Bandi Sanjay’s questions that as per Article 280 of Constitution, government has not given any directives to TRS government on spending the funds so an action against the state government doesn’t arise.
On the Kaleshwaram project, Bandi Sanjay is on a rant that a huge scam took place and regarding the same, he posed questions to the Union Jal Shakti ministry. The ministry replied that the e-procurement tender procedure is followed in a transparent manner. However, the Union Jal Shakti ministry’s reply is based on the information provided by the state government.
Nonetheless, taking this as a queue, the TRS social media wing swung into action and is brutally trolling Bandi Sanjay. The BJP MP has become a laughing stock on Lok Sabha with replies from his own government.
