I Have Two More Schemes In Pipeline: KCR

A year before the Telangana Assembly elections in December 2018, Telangana CM KCR brought ‘Rythu Bandhu.’ Through this scheme, farmers received money based on the number of acres of farm land they owned and money was directly credited in the bank accounts of farmers. This helped KCR to get the votes of farmers in the elections and the rest is history.

Now with Huzurabad by-election in view, CM KCR is going to launch ‘Dalit Bandhu’ a scheme aimed at the SCs, STs and other weaker sections in the society. KCR has taken ‘Dalit Bandhu’ prestigiously and no matter what KCR wants to implement this scheme. Political observers believe that KCR’s strategy to get the votes of the weaker sections might work to some extent but the road ahead is tough.

But then KCR cannot be underestimated and he reportedly has two more schemes in the pipeline. Speaking on the occasion of former minister Peddireddy joining TRS party, KCR categorically hinted that he would bring a couple of more welfare schemes in future.

“No state government in the country is implementing a scheme like ‘Kalyana Lakshmi.’ And seeing the struggles of pregnant women, my government initiated KCR KITS. This scheme worked remarkably well and deliveries in government hospitals now stand at sixty percent. Now we are bringing ‘Dalit Bandu’ and oppositions are scared of it. No one can stop me from initiating this scheme,” said KCR.

Further the Telangana CM added, “I have a couple of more schemes in mind and if I implement them, the oppositions will not have a face before the public.”

This statement might trigger unrest in oppositions who are working very hard to counter TRS government and this proves that KCR is well above the oppositions when it comes to drawing strategies politically.
