RRR Wants A New Twist In Jagan’s Bail Cancellation Case

YSRC rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju had recently filed a petition in Hyderabad CBI Court, asking for cancellation of YS Jagan and Vijayasai Reddy’s bails. The court completed the hearing in regard to the case and reserved the judgement for September 15th.

As the verdict of the CBI Court regarding the cancellation of Jagan and Vijayasai Reddy’s bail is set to be delivered in around 24 hours from now, Raghu Rama wants a new twist in the case.

Today, Raghu Rama approached the Telangana High Court, asking for the transfer of Jagan’s bail cancellation case from the CBI court to some other criminal court in Telangana.

Raghu Rama’s plea to transfer the case from the CBI court came to discussion in Telangana High Court today.

Raghu Rama said he has doubts on the CBI Court’s verdict on Jagan’s bail cancellation case. He cited Sakshi Media’s recent Twitter post, saying the CBI court had cancelled Jagan’s bail cancellation plea filed by Raghu Rama. He even filed a contempt of court complaint against Sakshi over the social media post.

Now, we have to wait for Telangana High Court’s judgement on Raghu Rama’s new plea to transfer Jagan’s bail cancellation case from the CBI Court to some other court in Telangana.
