Pawan Denied Permission For ‘Sramadanam’ On AP Roads

The Andhra Pradesh irrigation department has denied permission for Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan who planned to do ‘Sramadanam’ at Dowleswaram barrage on October 2nd. On the bad condition of roads, Pawan has called for ‘Sramadanam’ and picked up Dowleswaram cotton barrage and state highway at Anantapur.

Accordingly, the Jana Sena party had applied for permission with the government officials. Shockingly the irrigation department entered the scene and added that Dowleswaram cotton barrage doesn’t fall under Roads and Buildings (R&B) department and they declined the permission.

Dowleswaram barrage SE Rambabu added that scientific methods are needed to lay a road on this barrage and without any precautions, potholes can’t be treated with sand and concrete mix. Any uninvited repair to the barrage road might cause serious damage to the barrage and so we have declined the permit.

Nevertheless, the Jana Sena sensed a political angle in rejecting the permission and leaders added that they will take up the ‘Sramadanam’ irrespective of officials permission.

On Gandhi Jayathi, we might see the political heat soaring in AP.
