Tamil star hero Vijay’s fans have erected huge banners all over the state. Fans have poured in their wishes and greetings to Vijay who is celebrating his 46th birthday tomorrow. A few enthusiastic fans went ahead and welcomed Vijay into politics. The flexis, banners and hoardings saw fans welcoming Vijay into politics of Tamil Nadu.
Interestingly, Vijay fans want their favourite star to foray into politics and rule them like AP CM YS Jagan, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan. The message on the flexis read, “A Leader like AP CM Jagan who stands by the poor and wipes out their tears. A Leader like Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who stands against corruption. A Leader like Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan who delivers honest rule.” Vijay fans hoped that their hero would have all these three best qualities of the three Chief Ministers and he would serve them best in Tamil Nadu.
Vijay had made several statements earlier which indicated his political plans and entry. Given that there is a huge vacuum in Tamil Nadu’s politics after Amma Jayalalithaa’s death, Vijay’s fans are wanting their favourite matinee idol to play a large role in Tamil Nadu politics.
