Just In: CBI Files Charge-sheet In YS Viveka’s Murder Case

Finally after nearly two and half years of probe, the CBI has filed a charge-sheet in the mysterious murder of YS Viveka. The charge-sheet has many details and the CBI has accused Gangireddy, Suneel Yadav, Uma Shankar Reddy and Dastagiri behind this murder.

The charge-sheet claimed that the CBI has extensively investigated the case over the last four months, questioned many suspects and witnesses in connection with the case. All the recorded statements and documents were enclosed in nearly four to five bundles. These bundles are provided as evidence in the charge sheet.

Also the CBI charge-sheet mentioned that it has arrested the four accused in August and September months. But two of the accused received court bails. The CBI was supposed to file the charge-sheet on Tuesday but with the Public Prosecutor being on a leave, the filing got delayed.

Learning about the CBI’s charge-sheet, Viveka’s daughter Sunitha Reddy has approached the Pulivendula Court. She lodged a petition seeking a copy of CBI’s charge-sheet.
