Ravi’s Elimination: BJP MLA Brings Telangana Sentiment

“This is Bigg Boss house and anything can happen here,” is something that host Nagarjuna always says about the tasks, emotions, and evictions. One such shocking and unbelievable eviction took place in the fifth season of the Bigg Boss show in the 12th week. Anchor Ravi, the one and only popular contestant of the season was evicted despite carrying positivity.

The fans, audience, and others who follow the show did not expect that Ravi will be eliminated in the 12th week. With Siri, Kajal, and Priyanka Singh facing the negativity outside the house, the viewers expected one of the three female contestants to be eliminated. If not Siri and Kajal, Priyanka is certainly a weak contestant when compared to the other inmates.

It is shocking to learn that Ravi got fewer votes when compared to Priyanka and this is giving a rise to many speculations that the show organizers manipulated the voting. Some of Ravi’s fans also staged a protest in front of the Annapurna Studios where the Bigg Boss shoot takes place. On Sunday evening, Ravi’s fans raised the slogans, “Justice for Ravi”, “Unfair Elimination” to express their disappointment.

Adding to this is the statement of BJP MLA Raja Singh, demanding a ban on the TV show. Raja Singh supports anchor Ravi in the Bigg Boss house. He hints at a goof-up around Ravi’s eviction and demands the truth behind the same. Raja Singh also wanted the government to place a ban on the TV show in Telangana state. He alleged that the show organizers are creating regional rifts between the people of Telangana and AP with Ravi’s eviction.

This is not the first time that an eviction shocked the audience and Ravi is yet to make a statement after coming out of the house.
