The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a case against former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash. The ED has registered the case on Wednesday and along with Ravi Prakash, former Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (ABCL) directors MKVN Murthy and Clifford Pereira were also booked.
After Alanda Media & Entertainment Private Limited taking over TV9 last year, on October 6th, 2019, they lodged a complaint against Ravi Prakash and the two for allegedly withdrawing Rs 18 crore from ABCL in a fraudulent manner. This case was filed at Banjara Hills Police station.
Based on this, the ED has registered an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) while the full details are yet to be out.
Ever since Alandha Media took over TV9, Ravi Prakash has been in troubles. He is on the run from the cops who want to probe him.
