The PRC row between Andhra Pradesh government and government employees has reached its peaks. Despite employees’ protest, the state government has decided to go ahead with the new PRC announced before the Sankranthi festival. Accordingly, the state’s Finance ministry asked the treasury department to process the PRC.
However, in a big setback to the AP government, the treasury employees declined to process the new PRC announced. The treasury employees informed the state government that they are part of the employees and expressed solidarity to the protesting employees.
On the other hand, the AP CM Jagan has called for a cabinet meeting and is discussing the employees’ issues on high priority. Learning about the cabinet meeting, the employees are anticipating a decision from the state government.
Depending upon the cabinet’s decision, the protesting employees will take a call on their future course of action.
