#WhoKilledBabai: All Fingers Towards Avinash Reddy?

Despite the CBI taking over the mysterious murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy, this case has witnessed many twists and turns. Shockingly the case has taken a big turn and all eyes and fingers are being pointed towards Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy. Under these circumstances, Avinash Reddy is maintaining a stoic silence on the allegations that he might be the real culprit.

Going into details, Avinash’s paternal-father YS Prathap Reddy was questioned by the CBI way back in August 2021. The CBI also recorded Prathap Reddy’s statement and this testimony has come out and ignited a big debate.

In his statement Prathap Reddy reportedly said, “I notice blood stains in the room Viveka was murdered. I did have my doubts back then but Avinash and others informed me that Viveka suffered a heart-attack and died.” Prathap Reddy revealed that Avinash and Viveka had differences over the Kadapa Lok Sabha ticket but never imagined that it would lead to severe consequences.

Earlier Viveka’s driver Dastagiri, CI Shankaraiah, Lakshmi Devi who worked as maid in Viveka’s home were also quizzed by CBI and their statements were also taken by the agency. If these testimonials are carefully noted, Avinash Reddy seems to be having a bigger role when Viveka succumbed. Notably Lakshmi Devi mentioned that Avinash Reddy was the one who pictured Viveka’s death as heart-attack.

These reports were all over the media in the recent days yet Avinash Reddy is tight-lipped about them. Earlier Avinash was different. He objected when his close followers were summoned for questioning and even allegedly threatened the CBI officials who were investigating the case.

Strangely Avinash Reddy is not reacting to the media reports. He can approach the courts against these reports and also sue the CBI for leaking key information in this case. But Avinash is not doing any of these because he is aware that if he reacts, it would lead to unexpected consequences and make things even worse.

So like all Avinash Reddy wants to wait for the CBI verdict.
